To get to the S.W.A.T Surplus store, you have to go to Palisades Mall, Then go upstairs.You just keep running around the top floor until you find a shooting range.You'll know when you find it.Inside:There are infinite spawning grandes, 2 Sniper Rifles, 2 Shotguns, infinite spawning handguns and S.W.A.T Armour.
