Does sonic have a family

Yep! In Sonic The Hedgehog (SatAM) and Sonic Underground, Uncle Chuck is Sonic's Uncle. Also in Sonic Underground, Sonic has a mother, a brother and a sister. If you mean the SEGA version of Sonic, then I don't think there's a family for him yet.
