How do you get the regis in Pokemon Pearl

The regi trio can only be caught in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald. You must trade in order to get these Pokemon in the Pearl version. Once you have all three of the regis you can obtain Regigigas at the Snowpoint Temple.
