When playing command conquer 3 on xbox 360 how do you use the planning mode

Do you mean building a whole base without building one thing at a time? You can't do that, you must build one thing at a time, unless if you build those crane things, then you can make two or three at a time. But I've never heard of planning mode C&C 3 probably does not have it.
