Where is the hover car in The Simpsons hit and run

In level 5 there is a bonus mission. It is close to the Springfield hospital. Professor Frink will be there and you have to talk to him. He will give you a mission witch is to disable the hover craft at a small period of time. The hover craft will be driving away from you while you have to destroy it.

Some people think that's hard to do so use this cheat to make it easier: go to main menu (living room) then go to the options icon and hold down F1. while holding F1 tipe...
