How you make harpie lady deck

here's my girlfriend's deck list

Alector, Sovereign Of Birds (you could go simorgh)
Harpie Lady 1 x3
Harpie Queen x3
Harpie's Baby Pet Dragon x2
Birdface (i'm trying to get a battlestorm, but this is good)
Hunter Owl x3 (expensive, but very good)
Mist Valley Soldier x3 (4 star tuners, good are getting rid of marshmallon or spirit reaper and very easy stardust, idk what you would replace these with)
Flying Kamakiri #1
Mist Valley Falcon (good for returning harpies for hunting ground abuse)
