I took drama in high school and still remember lots of games. One was called "Puppetmaster," where you have one person be a marionette, the other pulling the "strings." It teaches awareness and quick reactions, because the marionette, even though she is the one controlling her actions, has to make it look like the Puppetmaster is really in control.
Another is "Eye Contact," a good one for youngsters who tend not to watch each other as they act. Stand in a circle, one person is chosen to start, and they begin walking towards whomever they choose. The person they are walking towards has to make eye contact with someone else, to let them know she needs their spot in the circle. No words are exchanged. When eye contact is made, person #3 gives up her spot and starts walking towards someone else. The process is repeated.
My favorite is "Freeze Frame." Two actors are given a scenario while the rest watch. Anyone from the audience can yell "Freeze frame" at any time during the scene, and take the place of one of the actors. They have to be in exactly the same body position, but they can dramatically change what the scene is about, if they so desire.
Hope that's helpful. I would also watch episodes of "Whose line is it anyway" for good theatre game ideas.
