Is raging blast 3 coming out

As of now, Dragon Ball: Raging Blast 3 has not been confirmed or annouced. I believe there won't be another one because if there was, there would be one in 2011, but instead a new game titled Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi for the Playstation 3 and Xbox360 is coming out in late October 2011. I think for North America, it comes out October 25 and for Europe, October 28(or it could be the other way around).
