How do you get a good launch in forza motorsport 3

Hi,

This works for me, if you press the RT button a little bit so the RPM goes up till it reaches the red - do not over rev - then when the RPM meter goes down press it harder until you reach full throttle.

You have to do this very quickly you have about 1 second to do this.
