How can you tell the difference between Animal Crossing 1.1 and the old Animal Crossing from the package

If you are referring to the difference between Animal Crossing: Wild World version 1.0 and 1.1, there is no way to tell really.

All the games on store shelves should be 1.1 by now though. It's extremely unlikely you'd find a 1.0 in a store.

The only differences found in the two versions is in the coding. In other words, many cheat codes (Action Replay) for version 1.0 will not work on 1.1, and vice-versa.
