What is the name of the game played with paper where you pick a number then a color and then you read what is inside

Paper Game get a small piece of squared paper fold all the corners into the centre turn the paper over do the same when you turn the piece of paper back over you'll see the slots for your fingers, turn again and the other side clearly shows the spaces for the colours and if you lift them up the spaces for the answers the name we called it "pongs" back in the early 80's at my school.
