Sega hasn't announced anything about Sonic in any relationships, although Amy Rose seems to have a noticeable crush on him but sega HAVE confirmed that Sonic has no feelings towards her, and can find her a little bit annoying at times. His best friend, it seems, appears to be blaze the cat who has saved his life more than once, and who has been a loyal companion throughout the sonic games. Until later on, we won't know.
