1. Look at the motion.
2. Define keywords (Proposer Only)
3. Clarify context and perimeters (Proposer Only)
4. Have a baseline
5. Make your principal arguement
6. Present your case
7. Divide
8. Give a brief summary of your speaker's substantives
9. Give your rebuttals (only the first prop speaker does not have to do rebuttals )
10. Give your substantives.
