Where is the scripts folder in the team fortress 2 files for steam

Actually, there is no script folder. There is, however, a cfg folder (which is where all your scripts go). To enter class specific scripts, open the pre-created class scripts with notepad and paste them in/write them. General scripts should go into the autoexec.cfg (if you don't have one then just create one in notepad, remember to name it autoexec.cfg, not autoexec.txt)
