Where do you get the regis in Pokemon pearl

You Can't Catch The Regis In Dimond or Pearl! You can either... A: Migrate them from Ruby, Sappire or Emerald... B: Trade ... or C: get The game "Pokemon Rangers" and Transfer to it. (Have to beat Elite 4 first, except for Plan B)
