Where can you play basketball simulation game

SportsSim has a college basketball simulation game. Their site is www.sportssim.com
The best one I have found is by what if sports. It is at www.whatifsports.com, then select Hoops Dynasty. It has every college in the country in Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3, and several hundred "human" coaches, with sims coaching the others. You have to start at Division 3, but you can usually move up to Division 2 within a year or so if you want to. In about 4 years, if you have a good record you can get a job at a smaller Division 1 school. I love the recruiting. It is a very fun and realistic game, and a neat community because each conference has its own message board so you get to know other coaches and develop rivalries. The site is very well done, but poorly marketed. But if you are looking for something realistic, this is the place to go for sure.
