When you get that task you don't actually have to buy a schoolbag. Click on edit character, then click on the accessories. Click on the arrow on the right hand side and then wear the green bag with the flower on it. Click the green button with the check inside it on the right hand side at the bottom of the page. Then you will get rewarded for completing your task. If you don't really like the bag you can always take it off after you get rewarded if you want.

What you do is go the trade port and select the pink rucksack. This may have to be clicked on many times before actually appearing for you to buy. When you buy the pink rucksack you'll be rewarded.
