What is cheat-o-matic

a small program made in 1998-2000 dunno when. you input the number you wish to change in a program, usually a game. and it searches for it. when finished you change then number.
so like for instance in simcity 2000 or something you searched for 23,412, the amount of money you have then bought something to bring it down to a different number like 13,412 (you bought a $10,000 item) then search again. keep searching and changing then number until it says "cha-ching! got it." then you can change the number to what you want like $100,000,000,000......heh-heh
