There is a bar on the game at the bottom of the screen you click the first icon with the picture of you characters head. That will bring you to your closet which is full of clothes that you purchased at stores on the game. To put a clothes article on underneath it should be a icon on the left with a shirt icon. Click on the shirt icon and you character will be wearing it. If you want to take a picture there is a icon on the same bar as your character icon with a camera icon its next to your character icon. Click on it and it will take a photo.
