The full version is not, but you can play the limited demo for free.

The demo allows you to explore a limited amount of maps and pre-made creations, as well as edit your avatar. But those are only the pros. The cons of this demo are far more. For one thing, you have limited tools, you can only play in single-player mode (all by yourself) and you have a building limit of only 150 blocks. In the multiplayer version you can chat freely with friends as well as share tools to your (and their) advantage.

For every server, one person is the Admin, whose powers are much better than a regular player's. The cost of the full version of Blockland is about $20.00, which is about £13.00.
