Do you get the dragonborn helmet at the start of skyrim

It is a regular, basic Iron Helmet and can be found all over skyrim i've seen npc's wearing them and i've seen them in chests and on top of benches and tables and even in shops. so it's really easy to find one .and the first 1 i know of is on the first mission when u see the bear and the guy starts talking u should be next to a cart and the first 1 is between the cart and the lantarn.
