How do you get a ruffled blouse shirt on Free Realms

You can get the light blue and green striped ruffled blouse shirt from a card dueling quest that starts with sam potts. You can also get the different colored ruffle blouses at the vault but it closed so you would have to trade with some one. Unless you get lucky they can cost a lot of coins. Hope this helps. :)
