Is it possible to play Delta Force 1998 and Delta Force 2 on Windows 7

I just loaded DF2 on my windows 7 laptop. The auto-run didn't work, so I started it manually. The menu came up, and I clicked install. It didn't work (I tried a few times). So I manually browsed the CD, and found setup.exe. I clicked that a few times, and it didn't work. I gave up. Then, a few minutes later, I noticed a few minimized items on my task bar. I opened one, and it was the installer. I followed it through the menus, and bingo, it worked!
Issues I noticed:

It is in 4:3 screen ratio, so it doesn't fill my 16:9 screen. No big deal.
When I first start, the graphics screw up a little, but only for a second.
I ran the update, and the Novaworld patch, but can't connect to a public game in Novaworld (darn).
Other than that, great fun to play after so many years!
