How do you open a shop in maple story

You need to purchase a Regular Store Permit from the Cash Shop, for 1,800 NX. Then go to the Free Market, find a room in Channel 1, 2 or 3 and double-click your permit. A screen will pop up where you need to put in what items you want to sell and for how much.
