First you need a rank 10 on doomwood rep.

And get a creature shard from the creature creation the creature creation is located at the maul
/join maul

get a NUE Necronomicon from lady speedstyk
/join lightguard

Then go to Sally's merge shop at the Top of the necromancy tower
(MAKE SURE YOU ARE CLEAR ALL THE QUEST IN THERE)
