Where do you find cog building in toontown

Cog buildings are all over the streets of Toontown. However, if you're looking for a cog building specifically in TTC (Toontown Central), the chances are slim. Cog buildings are very common in the other neighbourhoods (Donald's Dock, Minnie's Melodyland, Daisy's Garden, etc). But, those neighbourhoods have higher level cogs AND you must be a member to enter cog buildings in neighbourhoods other than TTC. Good luck!
