As of 2013, there are no plans to release Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots on the Xbox 360. Metal Gear Solid 4 has been announced as part of the Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection on PlayStation 3. Given that the next generation of video game consoles will soon be announced, it is unlikely that Metal Gear Solid 4 will be adapted for the Xbox 360 system.
