A good world for woodcutting in RuneScape is a world that shows that it has a lot of people (since the trees will re-spawn faster on those worlds) and a place where not many people woodcut.
*Tip* Try not to go on the automatic world that you were put on when you logged in. Lots of those worlds have people who were too lazy to change the world.
