How do you see regigace

Not sure what you are saying but in platinum Regigias can be found in snowpoint temple but must bring regis from emerald where in emerald you can find the regis in seafloor cavern if i am correct and must crack a code with wailord and another Pokemon and another Pokemon i don't remember.
