What is the typical day of a game designer like

SAD :) but it all depends on what aspect of game design you mean, ie a level designer and a character designer do different things, but heres my take on it;

Loop}

wake up (alone)
have breakfast (also alone)
go to the office
sit at a computer for 8 hours doing mindnumbingly repetitive tasks involving limitations and downsizing,
go home
eat takeaway food (alone)
play dungeons and dragons (alone) LOL
Have mommy make some milk and cookies (im assuming this one lives with his mom)
go to bed
