What is a free way of teleporting without using runes in Runescape

The Home Teleport is a free spell that allows teleportation to lodestones found throughout RuneScape. A method of transpotation that has fairly recently been opened to free players is the canoe station -- these can be found in Lumbridge (near the blacksmith), Varrock (by the Champions' Guild), Barbarian Village (near the bridge) and Edgeville (east side of the bridge, slightly south). It is possible with the Waka canoe to sail into the Wilderness, however there is no station, meaning you cannot cut down another tree to return and must walk back or teleport below level 20 Wilderness.
