What is the leaf clan in toontown

Leaf clan is an organization of "mystical" green cats that follow a toon named Rainbow and have the word "Leaf" in it.
In somewhere in 2011/2012 there was a conflict which removed Rainbow and the Leaf Clan Reborn was... well.... born!
There was a point of time where there were thousands and thousands of members of this clan. Today they are not large and famous as they were in the late 2000s.
