Yes there is. If you have a boy eevee then I will walk you through. I only know the soul silver and heart gold so if that isn't yours then go to google.
First, get a ditto.
Then, go to the daycare and put the eevee and ditto in their.
Talk to the daycare man and blah blah blah then say yes.
Next, run around a lot and he will call. Don't answer the phone.
Run (or bike) over to him and talk to him. Blah blah blah then yes and
yay you get the egg. But that doesn't mean its a girl. Keep breeding them until you get one and that's pretty much it. But if you want a guy (which is 95% likely, just saying)
