How do you get free dragon armor on Runescape

Most dragon gear is an extremely rare drop from high-level dragons (such as black dragons or metal dragons -- green/red/blue dragons do not have these drops!), and most dragon gear doesn't come often. The Dragon platebody must be smithed by high-level players (over 90+ smithing is required), and it's possible to find fragments of a Dragon shield (once again must be forged together, however this one can be assisted).
