How do you find whisp the ghost

If your talking about how to find whisp on animal crossing city folk, then i got the answer!!!!
You can almost find whisp anywhere in ur town, just make sure its night. (10:00 pm to 2:00 am) i found him at 10:36 at night on sunday. people say that whisp is found at the bottom right part of you town, but thats not true. I found him at them top right pat at my town. u just have to stay still and slowy move around or run everywhere to find him. Once you run into him, a speech bubble will pop up and the name will be: ..... and he will start talking: "um, sorry to bother you this late at night, but can u come over here please?" then you have to move around everywhere till he pops up. if u go the wrong way he will say. "um no, thats not right, can u come over here please?" once u find him, he will ask u to find his empty lamp. once u find the lamp, go back to where you found him, and he will pop back up. he talks uhwhile then asks u to meet him in the attic. go to your attic and click ur lam and press rub. he will then say: "thank you for finding my lamp, i love being in small places" he will then grant u one wish. you can then choose from the three:

weeds!- gets weeds removed from ur town permanently.

cockroaches!- smashes all roaches in YOUR house forever

give me stuff!- he gives you a gift out of these choises: clothes, accessories, or furniture. MOST GIFTS ARE NOT RARE.

mehh...- whisp go back into the lamp and whenever you want to choose the wish later just go to ur attic and rub the lamp! (whisp will not "go away")
