Find a gaming store and ask for it or buy it over internet.
From such sites as Ebay or amazon

Unfortunately, the Final Mixes are only in Japansese, so unless you can speak Japanese you're gonna have problems understanding what's going on. Also, because the games are Japanese, they might not work on your console.

In actual fact, the creators included an "English voice cast" feature, enabling the Japanese players to hear the English voice actors. But the language doesnt matter, its a Japanese coded disc, and will not work on Australian (PAL) PlayStation 2's. :P
