Where can you see arceus for your platinum national dex

You have to defeat Dialga,Palkia and Giratina.Then you have to get the action replay code for the Azure Flute,go to spear pillar and your Azure Flute makes a noise and there are some stairs that appear to lead up straight to Arceus.Hope this helped!
