Where do you find cheap video games

In my opinion you would find a better deal on Ebay.
Or ask around if any of your friends or family have what you want or if anybody doing a yard sale.
Or look in your local Gaming store & ask if they have any pre-owned games to buy. (A game that somebody else used to own, but they traded it in store for cash.)
Pre-owned games are cheaper than brand new copies of the game, but there is a higher risk of the game being damaged or the disc being scratched.
For example: Ask them if they have Tomb Raider: Legend pre-owned, and if they say yes they do, then it'll be a cheaper copy because it is pre-owned and plus it isn't a brand new game.
