How do you get an undead slayer badge

if your talking about dragonfable, then talk to Artix in doomwood and click quests, click save moonridge (you might have to do another quest to unlock it) and then click fight waves of the undead ect... once you've killed a wave, you will get a undead slayer badge for training paladin, necromancer or death knight (death knight being the best)
