Where do you get a wig on RuneScape

There are two types of wigs;
Powderd Wigs
and Afro's

Powderd wigs are obtainded rarely from level 2 clue scrolls
Afros can be brought from party pete for a very low price.

P.s Both of these can also be brought in the GE
