When will Jak and Ratchet come out

iv'e been waiting a while for this game to come out there have several convincing forums pictures and vidoes on youtube that this game was going to come out bu other game that notfied after this have came out before it, i have hope though in both companies the had their copyrights, (jak2 u can buy with precursor orbs a ratchet and clank gun course, and one a picture in haven city of clank) and ( ratchet a couple of jak 2 picture in a building in the game) so if they didnt find out about this they would have sewed each other a long time ago, so think there workinking on it but the economy and i think they ran out of funding and still searching
