arceus knows jugement, a super strong move that it is a one-hit-KO,aways goes first,and neaver misses.So i beleave he is 100% unbeatable[though i used to have an arceus and lost it...]but it is oniy ''100% unbeatable'' if it knows it.My arceus knows punishment,fly,sismec tos,and protect.hoped i helped you.
