What level does machoke evolve on Pokemon LeafGreen

unfortunately you cant evolve machoke unless you trade him because i have tried so hard to find a different way. but i guess you might be able to by an action replay for game boy advanced and find a cheat to get machamp with cheats. and you cant trade pokemon with a friend unless you both have game boy advanced and a double sided plug that you can attach to both of your game boys. I know it sucks but thats how you do it.
