How do you get the hallow biome in terraria

To get the hallow biome you must unlock hardmode and it will automatically spawn somewhere in your map. To unlock hardmode you must kill the WALL OF FLESH. To d this you must go to hell, kill a guide voodoo demon and drop it into lava. I recommend using a star cannon and full molten armor.
