How do you beat stage 23 in this is only level too

Ah TITOL2. I used to speedrun this game actually. Unless I'm mistaken, this is the "Deaf, dumb, and blind" level. What you need to do is hit the mute button in the game and try to complete the level blind. This is kinda tricky to get done casually. Best of luck!
