How do you beat mission three clue one on herotopia

Here's a Mission 3 walkthrough:
1) Find Rock Freely in the Rock Center to pick up Mission 3.
2) Go to the Louvre (it's in Paris) & take the bone.
3) Head to the Stature of Liberty & take the note.
4) Go to the Eiffel Tower & take the clown hat.
5) Head to Panda Paradise & take Napoleon's hat.
