Why does the Church of Scientology slander Vanna Bonta on their hate and Fair Game sites

The Scientology organization makes those sites to discredit people they fear. They claim Bonta communicated with Tom Cruise's former counselor, who left the Organization. Although no known ties exist betwen Vanna Bonta and atheir enemies, the Scientology Office of Special Affairs (see Wikipedia "Fair Game") aggressively seeks to harm and destroy tragets they perceive as a threat, real or imagined.
