What responsibilities go with being a video game developer

if you work in the same company as me i have to pee and poo in a bucket, getting high is mandatory, and have sex with a random girl every day(both of us to have an orgasm and have ideas for nudity in our game)(mandatory also) just to "get my imagination going for new games" as my boss says.
