Yes, but it depends on the game. If you mean "hacks" as in a unauthorized feature/content/game-play then there are almost alaways a few bugs that users can purposly trigger; most the time this does not change the game in a way that the player would enjoy but occasionaly there is a way to take advantage of it. If "hacks" means feature/content/game-play that is not part of the basic well many games games have "cheat" codes. In either case typing the games title plus cheats into a search engine should bring up a couple of results.
