Why can you suddenly buy rares on Movie Star Planet

You cannot buy rares. The reason they have been called "Rares" is becuase they are a item thats been taken out of the shop. If you say made a look of ishacool with rares on her click buy and take all the non-rares off her and you will recive nothing. I know. Its not fair! D:
